2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery (All Emirates): 2 to 4 business days.

• Shipping Charges: Flat rate of AED 15 on all standard orders within the UAE.

• Free Delivery: Free delivery on orders above AED 200.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your package is shipped, our courier partner will contact you via Call or WhatsApp to coordinate the delivery time and location.

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders

• Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and location pin are accurate when placing an order to avoid delays.
